Samantha Usavage brings a wealth of professional experience and personal passion to her real estate career. After working in Supply Chain Management with both large corporate manufacturers and small Maine-based businesses, Samantha honed her skills in problem-solving, communication, and analytics—abilities she now applies to help her clients navigate the real estate market.

Originally from southeast Pennsylvania, Samantha previously lived and owned a home in Kentucky. Her experience buying and selling homes inspired her love of real estate as a way to combine her interests in business and helping others. Samantha and her partner moved to Maine in 2023, drawn by the state’s natural beauty and welcoming communities. They are thrilled to raise their son here and call Maine home.

Whether you’re looking to buy, sell, or explore the market, Samantha is dedicated to guiding you every step of the way with expertise and care.

    My top picks for Maine...

    • Enjoy the architecture The range of residential architectural styles, from the Gilded Age shingle-style cottages along the rugged coast of Penobscot Bay to the stunning and sleek contemporary homes of Casco Bay.
    • Food Being a self professed foodie, I love the fresh local seafood, grilled scallops, Muscongus Bay oysters, and of course, a seemingly endless supply of lobster. And, there’s not much better than working the tide to dig a hod of fresh clams.
    • Gardening For the gardening geek in me, MidCoast Maine has the perfect climate for cultivating native conifers such as pinus banksiana “Schoodic”, and other Zone 5 plants.
    • Photography As a lifelong photographer, I’m drawn to the dramatic landscapes of Coastal Maine and its people. With our proximity to Acadia National Park, this is the perfect setting for large format photography or shooting the night sky.
