I wanted to write to let you know what a wonderful experience it's been to work with Gary.  He is the consummate professional.  I'm new to Maine and no doubt presented a bit of a challenge to him in terms of what I was looking for.  To me everything was wonderful and it was hard to determine the most important variables.  Gary remained patient, gracious and cheerful throughout.  He was tireless in sending me listings and driving me around to view those that seemed promising.  I've greatly appreciated Gary's knowledge of Maine and all it has to offer, including its interesting architecture.  Gary's keen eye picked out potential issues in homes that I didn't notice, and his familiarity with local home improvement and remodeling was most helpful.  I always felt that Gary had my best interest in mind.  He gave reasonable suggestions regarding pricing  and always caveated that the decision was mine.  He helped me continue to move forward towards my goal without being pushy.
