Hancock County remains a hotspot for buyers looking to invest in properties near the stunning Maine coastline. With 46 closed sales and the highest property selling for $3.5 million, the market here is dynamic and competitive.

Lincoln County median sales price reached over half a million dollars, showcasing its appeal to those seeking both primary residences and vacation homes. Homes here moved quickly, with a median of just 38 days on the market.

Kennebec County's January market saw the highest number of new listings, with 109 properties entering the market. Homes here moved rapidly, with a median of just 27 days on the market, making it one of the most active counties in the region.
