of simplifying everything it touches.  But for us, winter showings have a kind of honesty to them, and it’s one of the reasons we love this time of year.

There’s no lush landscaping to distract from a tired exterior, and no leafy canopy hiding how much natural light a house actually gets. You notice the details that matter most in daily life: how the heat moves through the rooms, where the drafts are, how the mudroom functions when boots and coats pile up.

Winter reveals how a home lives, not just how it looks on a perfect summer afternoon.
