Victoria currently serves as First Vice President of the Maine Association of REALTORS®, helping shape the future of the profession across the state. She is also the Past President of both the Midcoast Board of REALTORS® and the PenBay Council of the Midcoast Board of REALTORS®, where she has spent countless hours advocating for REALTORS®, promoting ethical business practices, and supporting homeownership throughout Maine.

She is also deeply passionate about mentoring and educating fellow agents. Through training, coaching, and leading by example, Victoria has helped countless real estate professionals build successful, sustainable careers. Her willingness to share her knowledge and invest in others has strengthened not only our brokerage but the Maine real estate community as a whole.
